At GPS, we believe that every resource matters. That is why we continuously invest in innovative solutions to reduce the environmental impact of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Today, 86% of our washing facilities are equipped with closed-loop water systems, allowing us to recycle the water used to clean our reusable packaging. Thanks to this technology, we have already achieved a reduction of more than 90% in water consumption across these facilities.
This initiative reflects our long-term commitment to building a more sustainable logistics model and protecting our planet’s natural resources. Over the coming months, our remaining three washing facilities will also be upgraded with closed-loop water systems, extending this solution across our entire network.
