Metal crates offer advantages over alternative packaging methods in the food industry, such as drums, due to their strength, size, and design.
Given that our bins can accommodate up to 1,500 kg, a single person can handle the task, whereas 6-7 drums would be required for the same quantity of product. This translates into a more efficient and streamlined process with a reduced workforce.
Additionally, we can provide our Metal containers as and when needed. These crates are stackable four high when full and collapsible when empty, optimizing space utilization. We also offer prompt collection services at the user’s warehouse.
Designed to fit perfectly in containers and boasting a larger capacity, our crates maximize space, resulting in lower packaging weight and reduced transport costs. Constructed from galvanized steel, our metal bins are systematically washed and inspected to mitigate contamination risks.
For added flexibility, our metal containers offers the option of seasonal rental to align with crop cycles, or continuous deliveries. Our efficient track and trace system enables real-time monitoring of the bins throughout their lifecycle.
