All four sides of the crates fold down to the ground or can be stripped off, facilitating easy removal of rubber bales, even from the bottom layer. With the capacity to stack up to six levels of bales, our crates perfectly fit 20ft containers (16 open crates / containers), enabling customers to maximize the quantity of products shipped.
GPS metal crates deliver substantial cost savings compared to 1000kg packaging. Each crate can accommodate up to approximately 1260kg per crate. Our containers are suitable for various rubber types, including Butyl, BR, SBR, SSBR, ESBR, EPDM, and more. Importantly, GPS metal crates are fiber-free, eliminating the risk of contamination and ensuring the integrity of rubber in mixing rooms.

Suitable for packing and transporting various types of natural rubber globally, including Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS), and Rubber Latex, our metal construction ensures contamination-free handling for natural rubber users.
